THE WAGON GROCERY
Hmm ... Have you ever stopped to think how pleasant the smell that exudes from some cafeterias. What a delight! The mouth fills with water. When I was a kid in my hometown grocery stores were delivered in a cart. The grocery cart was in the shape of chest and had a rack on top. There were two back doors type flags from one side to another. Inside were several shelves, and the delicious groceries came wrapped in huge trays. I remember where that cart was passing she was preceded and followed by that delicious smell of sweets. It was an itinerant baker. So is the believer. The Bible says we are the aroma of Christ (2 Corinthians 2:15), then we went through, we let the pleasant smell of Christ. Not the smell of lavender, roses pertume or aroma of wood, the scent that we exhale, which delights people, our attitudes are in tune with the principles and purposes of the Lord Jesus Christ. We are not "Jesus Christ" but we carry and spread His good perfume!

A CARROÇA DE QUITANDAS
Humm... Você já parou para pensar como é gostoso o cheiro que exala de algumas confeitarias. Que delícia! A boca se enche de água. Quando eu era criança na minha cidade natal as quitandas eram entregues em uma carroça. A carroça de quitanda era no formato de baú e tinha uma grade em cima. Havia duas portas trazeiras do tipo bandeiras para um lado e para o outro. Dentro havia varias prateleiras, e as deliciosas quitandas vinham acondicionadas em enormes tabuleiros. Eu me lembro que por onde aquela carroça passava ela era precedida e seguida por aquele delicioso cheiro de goluseimas. Era uma confeitaria ambulânte. Assim também é o crente. A Bíblia diz que somos o bom perfume de Cristo (2 Co 2:15), então por onde passamos, nós deixamos o agradável cheiro de Cristo. Não é cheiro de lavanda, pertume de rosas, ou aroma de madeira; o aroma que nós exalamos, o qual encanta as pessoas, são as nossas atitudes afinadas com os princípios e os propósitos do Senhor JESUS CRISTO. Nós não somos "JESUS CRISTO" mas nós levamos e espalhamos o Seu bom perfume!

The ESCAPE TO EGYPT
Make the painful path back that one day the Hebrews had bitter, with a woman who had just given birth and a newborn child in the loins of a donkey. Blazing sun, desert, long way, total distress, all to escape the sadistic king of Judea. Large numbers of believers and preachers to avoid commenting on the episode. God could not rid them of Herod's nails? Yes, it could, so that freed! God could have sent an angel to kill Herod and his henchmen, or make them invisible, or could send legions of angels that involved them and deliver them, and could make things much Mior that our imagination can not go dreaming. But the Lord did nothing, because this was not its purpose. This is the word "PURPOSE". God has a plan that is running and we were called into this new plan. And the Word of God tells us: "All who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God" (Romans 8:14). It was not without purpose and not a whim that these things happened and was not by chance that everything is recorded in Scripture. The Lord is teaching us an important lesson: "It's not the size of the threat or quality of difficulty determining the reaction of the believer (if it will face or going back) but the purpose of God revealed!

A FUGA PARA O EGITO
Fazer o doloroso trajeto de volta que um dia os Hebreus haviam amargado, com uma mulher que havia acabado de dar à luz e uma criança recém-nascida nos lombos de um jumento. Sol escaldante, deserto, longo trajeto, total desconforto; tudo para escapar do sádico rei da Judéia. Grande número de crentes e até pregadores evitam comentar o episódio. Deus não podia livrá-los das unhas de Herodes? Sim, podia, tanto que livrou! Deus poderia ter mandado um anjo que mataria Herodes e seus comparsas, ou torná-los invisíveis, ou poderia enviar uma legião de anjos que envolvesse eles e os livrasse, e poderia fazer coisas muito miores que a nossa vão imaginação não pode nem sonhar. Mas, o Senhor não fez nada disso, pois não era este o seu propósito. Esta é a palavra: "PROPÓSITO". Deus tem um plano que está em execução e nós fomos chamados para dentro deste plano em marcha. E, a Palavra de Deus nos diz: "Todos os que são guiados pelo Espírito de Deus, esses são filhos de Deus" ( Romanos 8:14). Não foi sem proposito e nem por capricho que estas coisas aconteceram e também não foi por acaso que está tudo registrado nas Sagradas Escrituras. O Senhor está nos ensinando uma importante lição: "Não é o tamanho da ameaça ou a qualidade da dificuldade que determina a reação do crente ( se vai enfrentar ou se vai recuar) e sim o propósito de Deus revelado!

The WITNESS / A TESTEMUNHA

"The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me. And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water. And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost. And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God" (John 1:29-34). This was the testimony of John the Baptist; You also need to prepare your own. Witness for Jesus Christ is the true witness is witness of life!

"No dia seguinte João viu a Jesus, que vinha para ele, e disse: Eis o Cordeiro de Deus, que tira o pecado do mundo. E eu vi, e tenho testificado que este é o Filho de Deus" (João 1:29-34). Este foi o testemunho de João Batista; Você também precisa preparar o seu. Testemunhar de JESUS CRISTO é testemunhar da verdade, é testemunhar da vida!

THE WORLD HAS BEEN TRANSFORMED! / O MUNDO FOI TRANSFORMADO!

THE WORLD HAS BEEN TRANSFORMED!

The world not was transformed by the power of modern weapons of war, nor by the strategies of powerful armies, nor by the wisdom of the wise of this world, nor by the exceptional intelligence of scientists, physicists, chemists, biologists, etc., nor by the power of large riches that apparently dominate the world under their cartels, agreements and treaties. THE WORLD HAS BEEN TRANSFORMED BY LOVE, THROUGH JESUS CHRIST. Therefore, we must honor the love, love should be our target; love should be our practice, we think, speak and live the love everywhere we go and where we are and in all our relations. Otherwise we risk back in time, to live in the manner of relationships that the world was before the manifestation of Christ. Let's relearn love with the Lord Jesus Christ, through studying God's Word the Holy Bible!

O MUNDO FOI TRANSFORMADO!

O mundo não foi transformado pelo poder das modernas armas de guerra, nem tão pouco pelas estratégias dos poderosos exércitos, nem pela sabedoria dos sábios deste mundo, nem pela inteligência excepcional dos cientistas, físicos, químicos, biólogos e etc, nem pelo poder das grandes riquezas que aparentemente dominam o mundo sob seus carteis, acordos e tratados. O MUNDO FOI TRANSFORMADO PELO AMOR, ATRAVÉS DE JESUS CRISTO. Por isso, devemos honrar o amor; o amor deve ser nosso alvo; o amor deve ser a nossa prática; devemos pensar, falar e viver o amor por onde passarmos e onde estivermos e em todas as nossas relações. Do contrário corremos o risco de voltarmos no tempo, para vivermos nos moldes das relações que o mundo vivia antes da manifestação de Cristo. Vamos reaprender o amor com o Senhor JESUS CRISTO, pelo estudo da Palavra de Deus a Bíblia Sagrada!

THE LORD SUPPER / A SANTA CEIA DO SENHOR

The greatest miracle in Celebration of the Lord's Supper is the communion of saints, which is the Church, the body of Christ. All with one heart, one purpose! And the communion of the Church who is the Head of the Church: JESUS CHRIST! How wonderful! Praise God!

O grande milagre na Celebração da Santa Ceia do Senhor é a comunhão dos santos, que é a Igreja, o corpo de Cristo. Todos com um só coração, um só propósito! E a comunhão da Igreja com aquele que é o Cabeça da Igreja: JESUS CRISTO! Que maravilha! Louvado seja Deus!

FALLEN SOLDIERS / SOLDADO ABATIDO

Fallen soldiers
John Mark's cousin Barnabas was part of the group that made the first missionary journey with the Apostle Paul. Somewhere between Paphos and Perge in Pamphylia, John Mark chickened out and returned to Jerusalem. At first, Paul rejected him for that. And it was even cause for discord between Paul and Barnabas. But then after a while Paul himself who brought it to him now because it was useful to the ministry. Proof that having failed, he persevered and was redeemed ministerially. If you walk at some point chickened out and came to fail, know this: It's not the end! Raise your head and march, as Jesus Christ did not give up on you. Now you're ready to proceed. You are very important to the work of God and He is counting on you!

SOLDADO ABATIDO
João Marcos primo de Barnabé era parte do grupo que fez a primeira viagem missionária com o Apóstolo Paulo. Em algum lugar entre Pafos e Perge da Panfília, João Marcos se acovardou e voltou para Jerusalém. Num primeiro momento, Paulo o rejeitou por isso. E foi até motivo de discórdia entre Paulo e Barnabé. Porém, depois, passado algum tempo o próprio Paulo que o trouxesse a ele pois agora lhe era útil ao ministério. Prova de que após ter fracassado, perseverou e foi redimido ministerialmente. Se você em algum momento da caminhada se acovardou e veio a fracassar, saiba disso: Não é o fim! Levante a cabeça e marche, pois JESUS CRISTO não desistiu de você. Agora você está pronto para prosseguir. Você é muito importante para a obra de Deus e Ele conta com você!
